Crista has been a Realtor® since 2006 and originally was licensed and worked in Vancouver. The fast paced market at that time forced her to learn and adapt quickly. Crista was mentored by two veteran agents and was taught to be creative and gained priceless knowledge in the hot and rising market. Now that she has been through more than one cycle of a down turn in the economy, her well rounded skills have adapted to sell homes in any situation.
It was an easy decision for her to make the move to Kelowna. With having vacationed in the Okanagan her whole life and having the majority of her extended family there, it felt like home immediately. Crista comes from two generations of Builders/Developers and her father has won awards in the Fraser Valley as well as in the Okanagan for his reputable building company, Unique Homes Inc. While working with her father's company, Crista learned from him that attention to detail always makes the biggest difference in the end. Having grown up on the job site and been hands on with building single family homes, the decision to start her Real Estate career while living in Vancouver renovating and flipping condominiums was not difficult. These skills have been an asset to her clients who need information on renovation costs and trusted trades people to get the job done.
Crista now has 2 lively children and a husband who is a construction litigator at a local downtown Kelowna law firm.

Jasmine Holloway
Jasmine Holloway is the oldest sister of 2 brothers, and lived in both Canada and the US from a very young age. She is originally from the Sunshine Coast, and was sure there wasn't anywhere that could top island living. This is until she visited Kelowna in the summer of 2016.
It only took one wine tour and sunny adventure on the lake to make her realize she had found her new home. After living in Kelowna for a few years, Jasmine decided to live out her dream of getting into real estate. She was able to complete the course in 8 months, while still working 3 jobs. She's been licensed since February of 2020 and hasn’t looked back since.
Jasmine’s willingness to work hard and commitment to success has made her an invaluable member of MacDermott Holmes & Associates. Jasmine was really drawn towards the team's core values and how customer service and client care are always at the forefront. Jasmine comes from a sports family, so working in a team has always been the vision. She is looking forward to learning from her team and working hard for her clients.

Alex was born and raised in Foxdale, Saskatchewan. She grew up taking naps in the combine, picking wild Saskatoon berries, and skidooing through fields. She moved to BC to be with her partner in 2017, and though she misses the prairies, she has absolutely loved exploring what BC (especially Kelowna!) has to offer.
Alex has always been drawn to business. Having started her career in the painting industry, Alex owned a successful painting business first in Saskatoon and then in Kamloops. Through these experiences, she learned that the most important things you can be with your client are transparent and genuine. Alex intends to translate many of the skills she learned having painting clients to her real estate business.
Alex received her real estate license in 2021. She became a partner at MacDermott Holmes in the Spring of 2022 and she couldn't be more excited! Alex enjoys getting to know her clients, and works hard to go the extra mile for them. Whether you're looking to buy or sell in the Okanagan, Alex will make the process feel seamless.
What Alex has loved most about living in the Okanagan is the "morning at the lake smell" almost every day, the access to so many incredible camping spots, and all the cherries. Kelowna has a "support local" attitude that she has never felt anywhere else, bringing a unique sense of community and inspiration. You can find her kayaking on the weekends if she's not out door knocking.
