As a out Province client both Crista and Kim couldn't have handled my situation any better. I have found them to be very thorough and attentive with constant updates throughout the process. I recently had the pleasure of working on the sale of a previous (to me) client's home in Peachland.  Crista and Kim were an easy choice to make for this near and dear to my heart referral client. They have an excellent marketing plan and team, and their attention to detail in all matters was second to none. My Fiancé and I used MacDermott Holmes to sell and buy a new place. The ladies are extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We have worked with Kim and Crista in the past, and they are by far the best of the best. I will only ever use these ladies service. This year we had the pleasure of working with Alex on purchasing our new place. Let me tell you how amazing this woman is. She went above and beyond and drove around to many, many different places and locations… even in the late evening on our work nights. Alex helped me find the perfect condo as I relocated from Prince George to Penticton! Alex was so wonderful to work with, making sure she found condos that checked everything off my list! Since I was relocating, she was diligent in making sure I absolutely loved the place without being able to view the places myself, making sure I had enough photos, videos, facetimed me, was able to attend the inspection for me as well. She was able to coordinate with my realtor in Prince George making sure the sale of my house and me buying the new condo went of without a hitch! I don't actually know Kim. I do, however, super appreciate common sense. There are 3 units for sale in my complex. Two realtors had post signs installed into strata property, hindering lawn maintenance and also destruction  of strata property. Kim's team has the knowledge and respect to use the provided "For Sale" pilon provided. Understanding strata rules is crucial for would be buyers. Thank you Kim. Good luck and take care. This is our second time working with Crista and Kim, both times our selling/buying of a property has been seamless, quickly executed and a pleasant experience! They come prepared, positive and put you at immediate ease. The team they have are as professional and seamless as they are! The photographer and media people they use were top notch! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kim and Crista to anyone in who was thinking of using their services area after they helped us to buy our first home. The experience was so good that we then had them represent us as sellers when deciding to move on from the same property a number of years later. Both times the entire process with them was very smooth with them being professional, helpful, well prepared, very knowledgeable of the market and always available to answer questions, giving advice when it was needed but also allowing us enough space to make our own decisions.
