Crista MacDermott

Crista is the co-founder of MacDermott Holmes & Associates and has been a Realtor® since 2006. She originally was licensed and worked in Vancouver near where she grew up. The fast paced market at that time forced her to learn and adapt quickly. She has worked tirelessly through many market cycles with ups and downs in the economy, her well rounded skills have adapted to sell homes in any market.

Crista comes from two generations of Builders/Developers and her Father has won awards in the Fraser Valley as well as in the Okanagan for his reputable building company. While working alongside him, Crista learned from him that attention to detail always makes the biggest difference at the end. Having grown up on the job site and been hands on with building single and multi-family homes, the decision to start her Real Estate career while living in Vancouver renovating and flipping condominiums was not difficult. These skills have been an asset to her clients who need information on renovation costs and trusted trades people to get the job done.

Crista now has two amazing, creative children, Lena and Nate who she loves spending time with including skiing and coaching baseball.
